Ilona Zekely to participate in 5th IBA Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia and CIS Conference

Ilona Zekely, Partner of EPAM in Ukraine, will participate in 5th IBA ‘Mergers and Acquisitions in Russia and CIS’ Conference, which will be held on 31 October, 2013 in Moscow. The conference is organized by the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee, supported by the International Bar Association (IBA) European Regional Forum, Moscow Bar Chamber and Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation.

The participants will discuss the latest emerging developments and hot topics in Russian and CIS M&A law, cross-border M&A, ensuring compliance with corporate and antitrust legislation in M&A transactions, M&A legal disputes and receive advice and commentaries from some of the world’s experts in the field.

Robbing Wittering, Partner of EPAM in Russia will participate as a co-moderator of the conference’s panel: «Key Issues in M&A Deals in Russia and CIS».
