Evgeny Raschevsky Spoke at the Conference Export Control Law
On April 14, 2016 German Arbitration Association – Hamburg Arbitration Circle held in Hamburg Conference on Export Control Law. Eugene Raschevsky, Partner, Head of International Arbitration and Litigation Practice at EPAM spoke at the event.
During his presentation, Evgeny spoke about the impact of sanctions on arbitration proceedings in Russia, marked out challenges for Russian parties to arbitration proceedings, emphasised solutions for existing contracts and proposed solutions for future contracts.
