Evgenia Evdokimova to Address Meeting of US Chamber of Commerce Investment and Legal Committee
On 14 April 2016, a meeting of the US Chamber of Commerce Investment and Legal Committee will be held in St. Petersburg at the initiative of EPAM. The meeting will address clarifications made by the Plenum of the Russian Supreme Court regarding liability for breach of obligations. Evgenia Evdokimova, Associate at the Firm, will discuss the clarifications regarding recovery of interest under Article 395 of the Russian Civil Code, and methods of calculating the forfeit amount.
