Evgeniya Evdokimova Speaks at Russian Federation Ministry of Justice Annual Conference on Law Enforcement Monitoring
On 16 May, the annual conference on law enforcement monitoring was held at the St. Petersburg State University. The conference was jointly organized by the University and the Russian Federation Ministry of Justice.
The event was attended by representatives of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, federal and regional government bodies, the Prosecutor’s Office, general jurisdiction courts, and the academic, notary, and business communities.
Evgeniya Evdokimova, Attorney-at-Law and Associate at the St. Petersburg office of EPAM, gave a presentation on ‘Practical problems of foreclosure by virtue of a notary writ’.
The conference also examined issues relating to compliance with the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in law enforcement practice, the results of monitoring of civil law enforcement, entrepreneurial activities, industrial development, local self-government, subsoil use, and the work of notaries. The usage of the official language in law enforcement practice was also discussed.
