Evgeny Raschevsky to Speak at the 15th Annual ICC Russia Arbitration Conference
On 13 December 2023, the Russian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce, World Business Organisation (ICC Russia) will host its 15th Anniversary Arbitration Conference. EPAM Law is pleased to announce that Evgeny Raschevsky, Partner, Head of International Arbitration and Litigation Practice, will speak at the event.
This year, the ICC International Court of Arbitration celebrates its centenary. Top-class arbitrators and lawyers will discuss the most significant results of the century, talk about current challenges and provide practical advice.
The conference program will cover a variety of topics, including:
- ICC Court of Arbitration Centenary, past and future of ICC Court of Arbitration. LegalTech, arbitration а artificial intelligence;
- response of international arbitration to today’s anti-globalization trends;
