Evgeny Rashchevsky Will Give a Lecture at the RIMA Summer Academy
On August 8-13, 2022, the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration (RIMA) will host the Summer Academy "Arbitration 101: From Agreement to Enforcement" for the beginners. Evgeny Rashchevsky, Partner, Co-Head of International Arbitration and Litigation Practice at EPAM, will speak at the event.
Students of the academy will learn about the course of arbitration step-by-step, beginning from the drafting of an arbitration clause and up to the enforcement of an arbitral award by a court. The key topics of the course are how to be successful in negotiations, draw an enforceable arbitration agreement, choose an arbitrator and submit evidence in arbitration.
