Evgeny Raschevsky Will Lecture at the RAC Summer Academy
On August 16-21, 2021, the Russian Arbitration Center (RAC) is hosting its Summer Academy “Arbitration Basics. Evgeny Raschevsky, Partner and co-head of International Arbitration and Litigation Practice at EPAM, will give a series of lectures.
The Academy’s syllabus consists of workshops, master classes and lectures on arbitration and will address such topics as entering into arbitration agreements, the appointment and challenges of arbitrators, the enforcement and cancellation of arbitral awards and many other subjects.
The title of Evgeny’s lecture is “Basics of Arbitration as a Method of Dispute Resolution”.
