EPAM to Sponsor Capital Raising in Asia Seminar

On September 2, 2010 Moscow will host a seminar on Capital Raising in Asia. Dmitry Stepanov, Partner of EPAM, and Alexeys Andrusenko, Head of IPO Practice, will participate in the event.

In terms of the crisis a lot of companies from Europe, America and other regions attract financing from Asia, when Russian companies are not in such active cooperation with the East. The goal of the seminar is to find some concrete opportunities for Russian companies for raising capital in Asia, to hold workshops for businessmen to help them do business in Asia.

Topics for discussion:

• Capital raising in Asia: IPO, private placement
• Distressed assets in Russia: opportunities for Asian investors
• Real estate in Russia: infrastructural projects, hotel construction
• Risks for Asian investors in Russia: political, financial, etc.

Dmitry Stepanov to act as a moderator of the seminar. Alexeys Andrusenko to give a speech on Eastern-style IPO: Russian legal adviser’s view.
