EPAM hosts roundtable on applying European Court Of Human Rights rulings to criminal process
A roundtable discussion took place on June 20, 2013, on applying European Court of Human Rights rulings to the criminal process. The event took place at the initiative of EPAM Ukraine, with support from the Kyiv branch of the Ukrainian Bar Association.
Among the experts who led the discussion was Sergiy Grebenyuk, an attorney and counsel of EPAM Ukraine criminal practice. The experts focused on how to overcome the problems of applying rulings from the European Court of Human Rights.
