Elizaveta Kotova to Speak at the 2025 School of Young Legal Scholars
On 14–15 May 2025, the XX International School of Young Legal Scholars (SYLS 2025) will take place under the theme «Legal Resources for the Implementation of Priority Strategic Initiatives». The event is organised by the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, with the support of the Skolkovo Foundation.
Elizaveta Kotova, Junior Associate in the Legislative and Administrative Law Practice at EPAM Law, will speak during the roundtable discussion «The Role of Environmental, Land, and Agricultural Law in Achieving Russia’s National Development Goals». She will present on legal mechanisms for limiting greenhouse gas emissions as part of efforts to achieve carbon neutrality.
The School will bring together representatives from federal and regional public authorities, international organisations, the business community, and leading scholars from Russian and international academic institutions.
