Elena Legashova to Present at “Incoterms and International Commercial Contracts: 2010 Trends” International Conference

On April 9, 2010 the “Incoterms and International Commercial Contracts: 2010 Trends” will be hosted in Moscow by the Russian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce – the World Business Organization (ICC Russia) in collaboration with ICC International Court of Arbitration.

The Conference will focus on major issues arising in international transactions. The discussions will enable the participants to learn the process of drafting INCORTERMS international rules, which will take effect from January 2011.

Elena Legashova, a senior lawyer at EPAM, will present on " Problems of Foreign Suppliers Protection Rights in the Absence of a Foreign Trade Contract as a Single Document”.

The Conference, which will be held in Russian and English, will gather heads of legal departments and in-house lawyers, legal advisors, consultants and representatives of law firm, and international trade and dispute resolution experts.
