Elena Agaeva Will Speak at AEB Webinar About Personal Data Law Changes
On September 7, 2022, AEB Legal and IT & Telecom Committees will host the webinar «Personal Data: New Regulation and Practice». Elena Agaeva, Counsel, Head of M&A and Corporate Law Practice at EPAM in St. Petersburg, will speak at the event.
During the webinar, the experts will provide an overview of all the changes and will give practical recommendations, talking about such topics as cross-border data transfer, working with overseas processors of personal data, working with local documents defining the procedures, localization of personal data in Russia, personal data leaks and Roskomnadzor audits.
