Elena Agaeva Will Speak at the Conference on Corporate Law
On October 22, 2021, the AO Journal will hold the Corporate Law 2021 conference. Elena Agaeva, Counsel, Head of M&A and Corporate Law at EPAM in St. Petersburg, will speak at the event.
The conference participants will discuss the innovation and corporate law development issues, improvement of corporate governance, development of the concluding transactions practice, as well as ESG in Russia and the world.
Elena Agaeva will speak at the session on innovations in corporate law on the topic "Corporate Agreement: Experience in Application and Practical Tips".
