Dmitry Stepanov to speak at IPO-2010 conference

Dmitry Stepanov, a partner at EPAM Law, will attaned the Cbonds information agency’s annual IPO – 2010 conference on June 10, 2010.

The event will bring together leading experts representing every IPO/SPO market group. In addition to major 2010 trends, the attendees will deliberate on potential IPOs for small and medium capitalization firms, selection of stock exchanges and jurisdiction depending on the investor base. The organizers plan to focus on new sectors and ideas on the IPO market: IPO of high-tech companies and private equity funds.

Dmitry Stepanov is to speak on Moving Eastward: Russian IPOs in Hong Kong.
