On 8 June 2017 in Moscow EPAM together with KPMG held a business discussion “Russian and international arbitration practice with the participation of expert witness” focusing on relevant issues of arbitration proceedings and expert witness employment in order to estimate the quantum of loss.
Dmitry Dyakin, Partner, Co-Head of the Litigation Practice, Vladimir Pestrikov, Counsel in the Litigation Practice, and Victor Radnaev, Senior Associate in the International Arbitration and Litigation Practice at EPAM took part in the business discussion. The experts of the Firm spoke about pros and cons of commercial arbitration and state courts, peculiarities of evidence presentation, practical aspects of the expert employment in commercial arbitration and operation peculiarities of legal advisors and experts in finance and economics.
