Denis Gavrilov Took Part in an Online Meeting of the Public Reception Office on the Competition and Antitrust Regulation Block of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC)
On December 21, 2020, an online session of the Public Reception Office on the Competition and Antitrust Regulation block of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) was held. Denis Gavrilov, Competition Law Counsel at EPAM, took part in the event.
The session’s agenda covered the following topics:
- digital markets
- antitrust compliance
- fair roaming
- good practices for retail chains
Public Reception is a format of direct interaction and dialogue with businesses. In 2018-2019, field meetings were held in each EAEU Member State with representatives from more than 850 companies taking part. This work has helped to raise the awareness of businesses, authorities and consumers on the rules of competition in cross-border markets. Following the meetings, the Commission registered a number of statements about possible signs of violations.
