Legal Regulation of the Construction Industry: Trends, Reforms, and Best Practices

EPAM Law invites you to participate in the business discussion «Legal Regulation of the Construction Industry: Trends, Reforms, and Best Practices», which will take place on 28 February 2024 (Wednesday) from 10:00 to 13:00 in a hybrid format.

Venue (for in-person participants): Indigo Hotel, 17 Chaikovskogo Street, St. Petersburg
Welcome coffee: 9:30–10:00

About the Discussion

Over the past two years, the real estate and construction sector in Russia has faced significant challenges, including rising costs of materials and logistics, the exit of major international players from the market, and the suspension of numerous projects. Companies are now required to optimise their operations in response to ongoing legislative changes.

For domestic businesses, sustainable development is closely linked to the ability to independently source new contractors, build effective relationships with public authorities and partners, protect their interests in potential disputes, and mitigate legal risks.

Drawing on real-life cases and judicial practice, EPAM Law attorneys and industry representatives will assess the latest legal developments in the real estate and construction sectors. They will share perspectives on the future of regulatory reform and law enforcement, particularly in light of recent Supreme Court rulings, and address other critical issues for the sector.

Business owners, top management, heads of legal departments, commercial and financial directors, chief accountants, and project managers in major construction and real estate companies.
