The Firm is to hold its second business breakfast on legal regulation of urban development and land relations in Moscow

EPAM invites you to attend a series of events on topical aspects of legal regulation of urban development and land use in Moscow.

The second meeting will be held on March 26, 2014 (Wednesday), from 10:00 to 12:30 at the Firm’s Moscow Office. The discussion entitled “Procedure for Creating Land Plots in Moscow” will cover

  • granting of land plots owned by Moscow: the sequence of technical and legal steps;
  • certain specifics of land plot creation in Moscow.

Reports will be delivered by

  • Julia Filatkina, leading expert on land relations and urban development of the Real Estate and Construction Practice at EPAM;
  • Anton Ignatov, Head of the Land Plot Creation Directorate under the Moscow Urban Property Department.
