The Firm is to hold a series of business breakfasts on Legal Regulation of Urban Development and Land Relations in Moscow

EPAM invites you to attend a series of events on topical aspects of legal regulation of urban development and land use in Moscow. The first discussion will focus on the Specifics of Urban Development in Moscow.

We invite you to the first meeting, which will be held on March 20, 2014 (Thursday), from 10:00 to 12:30 at the Firm’s Moscow Office. The discussion on the Specifics of Urban Development in Moscow will cover:

  • the types and purpose of documents related to area planning in Moscow the specifics of their drafting and approval;
  • the urban development procedure in Moscow’s reorganised areas and development zones.

Reports will be delivered by

  • Julia Filatkina, a leading expert on land relations and urban development of the Real Estate and Construction Practice at EPAM;
  • Vladimir Kudryavtsev, Counsel to the Minister for Social Security of the Moscow Region (until recently Head of Legal at Moscow’s Southwestern Area Prefecture ).
