Business breakfast: ‘Land law reform in the Russian Federation: terra incognita’
On 1 March 2015 a set of amendments to the Russian Federation Land Code entered into force. These are introduced by Federal Law No 171-FZ dated 23 June 2014: ‘On the introduction of changes to the Russian Federation Land Code and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation’.
These amendments affect key aspects of land law such as the formation of land lots, the allocation of state-owned (municipal) land lots – including procedural aspects – and the usage of state-owned land lots without an allocation procedure or a creation of easement.
The business breakfast will take place on 19 March 2015 (Thursday), from 10:00 to 12:30, at the Firm’s St. Petersburg office (24 Nevsky Prospekt, 4th floor).
