Anna Numerova attends a conference entitled “Antitrust Legislation Development: Current Need and Legal Regulation Problems”
On April 4, 2014, Moscow hosted a research-to-practice conference entitled “Antitrust Legislation Development: Current Needs and Legal Regulation Problems”. At the conference Anna Numerova, Counsel at EPAM and a member to the General Council of NPP Competition Support, attended discussions of a number of topical antitrust law issues.
The attendees to the conference discussed the main provisions and tasks of the “fourth antitrust package”, the relation between IP-related antitrust regulation and legislation, and reviewed the stages for implementing the steps provided for by the roadmap “Competition Development and Antitrust Policy Improvement”.
