EPAM to host business breakfast meeting: ‘CEO responsibility: new rules, risks and protection mechanisms’
EPAM invites you to take part in a business breakfast meeting on the current debate surrounding executive responsibility and the mechanisms for striking a balance between the interests of business owners and the interests of management bodies. The issue of holding directors legally liable for their civil and administrative responsibilities will be discussed.
The business breakfast meeting will take place on 3 April 2014 (Thursday), from 10:00 to 12:30, at the Firm’s St. Petersburg office (24 Nevsky Prospekt, 4th floor).
Participation is free. Participants must register in advance.
