The primary goal of the new legislation was on the development of the rules for remote work, which made remote employment available for office employees as well. Now that the law has been adopted, most remote work matters can be settled in company regulations and employment contracts.
As a result of successful legislative efforts, Anna Ivanova was put on the working group for monitoring of the Russian Labor Code enforcement practices with the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans’ Affairs on a permanent basis.
As a result of her successful legislative activity, Anna Ivanova was included in the permanent working group of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs to monitor the practice of applying the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
