Aydar specialises in dispute resolution before arbitrazh (commercial) courts and courts of general jurisdiction across a wide range of matters, primarily commercial and contractual disputes, as well as cases involving construction and real estate. He also advises and represents clients in disputes with government authorities.

His experience includes:

• Representing a client in a dispute concerning the termination of an investment agreement for the construction of a business centre
• Advising in a dispute over the recognition of a large industrial plant as a single real estate complex and the recovery of a share in the business
• Contributing to the development of a defence strategy for an insurance company in a dispute over compensation under a D&O policy
• Representing a bank in a dispute over the invalidation of payments under credit lines within bankruptcy proceedings
• Advising a manufacturing company in the context of a corporate conflict
• Representing a client in a bankruptcy case seeking recovery of losses caused to the debtor

Before joining the Firm, Aydar worked at a Russian law firm where he focused on representing clients in litigation.

Aydar is continuing his studies at the Higher School of Economics. He is also the author of academic articles on issues related to legal relations arising from contracts for work and services.

He is fluent in English.
