Gilyana specialises in IPO matters, legal counselling on the issuance of securities (including corporate bonds, green bonds, and bonds offered on a financial platform), and reorganisation procedures.

She has extensive experience providing legal advice on IPOs for companies such as Samolet Group PJSC and Aeroflot PJSC, as well as on the issuance of shares for FGC UES and entities within the Rosatom Group, Basic Element, and SUEK. Gilyana also played a key role in advising on the IPO of one of Russia’s leading independent fuel operators (TRASSA brand), which was the largest in the Russian market in recent years.

Gilyana has also advised on the redomiciliation of major companies, including UC Rusal MPJSC, Lenta MPJSC, and others.

Her experience in bond issues includes advising Credit Europe Bank JSC, VEB Capital LLC, Transfin-M OJSC, Complex Energy Systems LLC, RUSAL Bratsk OJSC, National Capital OJSC, and Element Leasing LLC. Notably, she managed the project for the issuance of EuroTrans PJSC’s green bonds.

Before joining the Firm, Gilyana worked as a public servant and was employed by Liniya Prava.
