Elizaveta advises and represents clients in international arbitration and before Russian courts. She also advises on the coordination of cross-border litigation. Elizaveta has experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings under ICC, LCIA, and ICAC rules, as well as coordinating litigation in the courts of other countries.

Highlights of her experience include:

  • Representing a Russian company in an ICC arbitration dispute against a buyer in connection with the termination of a long-term natural gas supply contract under the 1980 Vienna Convention, and coordinating litigation on interim measures and related claims in foreign courts.
  • Representing a shareholder of an Austrian company in a corporate dispute before an ICC arbitral tribunal regarding the deprivation of control.
  • Representing a Russian company in LCIA arbitration in a dispute against another shareholder of the company concerning the payment of dividends.
  • Advising a private client on sanctions issues.
  • Representing a major Austrian bank before Russian courts in a stand-alone dispute challenging a Russian debtor's securities transactions.
  • Representing a private individual before the EU courts in a case concerning the lifting of EU sanctions.

Elizaveta graduated from the School of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University, where she received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.

She is the coach for the Lomonosov Moscow State University Team in the International Law Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition (2022–present).

She has also coached Lomonosov’s FDI Team (Foreign Direct Investment Moot Court Competition) (2022–2023).

She is fluent in English.
