Daria specialises in dispute resolution, advising and representing Russian and foreign companies, as well as private clients in arbitration proceedings and in courts of general jurisdiction, primarily in commercial, contractual, and corporate disputes.

Daria’s recent highlights include:

• Providing legal support in a cross-border project in the area of inheritance law worth over USD 3 billion, including disputes over the validity of a will, bankruptcy of the inheritance estate, and challenging the testator's transactions.
• Representing the parent company of a major Russian bank in a dispute over the inclusion of claims in the register of creditors' claims in a bank liquidation case.
• Representing a major multinational chemical holding company in a multi-billion-dollar dispute with a Russian gas company over an EPC contract for constructing a gas processing plant.
• Representing the parent companies of an international chemical holding company in a multi-billion-dollar dispute over the imposition of an anti-seizure injunction under Article 248.2 of the APC of the Russian Federation at the request of a Russian gas company.
• Challenging the inclusion of the management of a major Russian bank on a “blacklist” before the Bank of Russia Commission.
• Defending the interests of a Russian aluminium strip manufacturer in a multi-billion-dollar dispute over recovering damages caused by a fire at its plant.

Daria graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (joint program with the Russian School of Private Law “Private Law”) in 2022. In 2024, she obtained her Master's degree in Private International Law and International Commercial Arbitration from the Higher School of Economics.

Prior joining the Firm in 2022, Daria worked at a Russian law firm where she specialised in representing clients in litigation.

She is fluent in English.
