Alena specialises in commercial, insolvency, and corporate disputes, as well as disputes involving public authorities. Her experience includes representing clients before arbitrazh (commercial) courts and courts of general jurisdiction at all levels, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

Recent matters in which Alena has been involved include:

• Defending against claims brought by the Prosecutor General’s Office alleging the existence of foreign control over a client company engaged in strategic activities;
• Representing a client in proceedings challenging the conclusions and actions of the Federal Antimonopoly Service regarding the establishment of foreign control over a strategically significant company;
• Resolving a corporate dispute concerning the management of a bathhouse complex and subsequent investment in the project;
• Protecting the interests of a major contractor in a consumer construction dispute.

Alena completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University and is currently pursuing a PhD at the Department of Civil Law.

Before joining EPAM in 2025, Alena worked at Russian law firms, where she focused on representing clients before Russian courts and in negotiations.

Alena is admitted to the Moscow Bar Association.
