Arseniy Balyberdin advises and represents clients in arbitrazh courts and in courts of general jurisdiction, and before regulatory authorities.

• Representing a major Russian commercial port in court concerning control and supervisory measures;
• Developing a strategy for the legal protection of a Russian company involved in bankruptcy proceedings against a foreign entity;

• Defending controlling parties in standalone disputes regarding subsidiary liability and the recovery of losses.

Arseniy earned his Bachelor of Laws with honours and completed his Master’s in Private Law from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
