EPAM announces the appointment of Victoria Burkovskaya as Partner of the firm’s White Collar Crime Practice.
Victoria Burkovskaya, Ph.D., advocate, focuses on corruption and financial crimes, criminal proceedings and anti-corruption compliance as well as on personal data protection and cryptography.
Russia’s prominent criminal law expert, Victoria is a Professor at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminology at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) where she teaches legal psychology and criminal science.
Victoria is also involved in drafting amendments and supplements to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. She is a member of the Criminal Law and Arbitration Board of the International Chamber of Commerce (Paris).
