EPAM are pleased to announce that Valery Eremenko, a prominent dispute resolution expert, has joined the Firm as a Partner of its Litigation Practice in Moscow.
Valery Eremenko has over 15 years of experience in the area of dispute resolution specialising in corporate, antitrust disputes and litigation proceedings in real estate, securities and intellectual property.
Valery has unique experience and has been involved in more than 1500 litigation cases. He has represented his clients at the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation in a number of precedent-setting disputes and defended clients’ interests before the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
He also represented clients in the Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service and in the Federal Financial Markets Service and acted as an arbitrator in The International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

A highly recognised dispute resolution expert, Valery has unique experience of coordination and personal involvement in more than 1500 high-scale cases including corporate, antitrust disputes and litigation proceedings in the area of real estate, securities and intellectual property.
Valery’s clients have included – BTA Bank, Kirov Plant, The First Mining Company, Togliattiazot, Severstal, Arkhangelsk PPM, and many other major Russian and international companies.
Prior to joining EP&AP, Valery has headed a Moscow-based Russian legal boutique he co-founded in 2000.
He graduated from the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University (1997) and holds a PhD degree on competition law (2005). He has been a member of the Moscow Chamber of Lawyers since 1998.
