Mikhail Kazantsev Presented at Legal Business in South Russia Forum

Mikhail Kazantsev, a partner at EPAM participated at the 3rd annual Legal Business in South Russia forum, which was held today in Rostov-on-Don.

The forum aims to bring together heads of legal departments from both South Russian and national companies and representatives of leading law firms to discuss the pressing matters in legal services industry.

The forum provided the participants with an opportunity to share their experience and discuss recent issues, and meet leaders of South Russian legal services market, and establish business ties.

Mikhail Kazantsev, who moderated the session on Legal Services Market in the Southern Federal District: What Is It Like? also participated at the Managing Large Projects session on Coordination of Project Groups in Complex Multijurisdictional Transactions (a Case-Study) session, during which Mikhail used the Danone and Unimilk deal as an example to highlight the role that EPAM played in this deal and the specifics of legal support it provided from preliminary analysis of jurisdictional matters involved by the deal to its completion.
