On February 5, 2012 members of the Non-Profit Partnership for Advancement of Corporate Law uniting representatives of Russia’s top law firms, met the Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs’ Rights Boris Titov.
The attendees to the meeting discussed the principles of the institution of Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs’ Rights and of the Centre for Business Against Corruption, and outlined areas for cooperation and interaction.
Dmitry Afanasiev, the Chairman of EPAM and Chair of the Non-Profit Partnership for Advancement of Corporate Law, noted that the institution of Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs’ Rights has a great future and a real opportunity to assist in restoration of entrepreneurs’ rights violated, as long as it enjoys confidence both of the authorities and of the business community.
Following the meeting, the Partnership members agreed to prepare a detailed proposal on efficient interaction between the institution of Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs’ Rights and the legal market.
