Associates of Moscow and St. Petersburg offices of EPAM provided legal support for Lenta’s acquisition of the company holding three Bimart hypermarkets in Vladimir and Ivanovo.
Under the preparations, the Firm’s associates performed a due diligence review of the hypermarkets, developed the deal structure, drafted the main transaction documents as per the Russian law, and defended the provisions thereof during the counterparties negotiations.
Besides, the lawyers have drafted the documents required for the FAS of Russia’s approving of the equity transactions.
