EPAM announces the approval by the FAS Russia of the merger of two European companies – IFS (Sweden) and Axios Systems (Scotland). 

On March 22, 2021 IFS (Sweden) announced that it has concluded the acquisition of all shares of Axios Systems (Scotland). IFS develops and delivers enterprise software for companies around the world. Axios Systems develops IT solutions in ITSM and ITOM spheres for more than 30 years. Among clients of Axios Systems are companies from Fortune 500: Aviva, KPMG, Sobeys, FedEx; and public agencies: UK and Scottish Governments, State of Maine (USA) and Dubai courts. In Russia Axios Systems provides its services to M.Video, Eldorado, Medsi, MTS, Wildberries, Kaspersky and others.

EPAM also successfully conducted legal due diligence of corporate documents of Russian subsidiary and collection of certain documents from the state register.

The result of well-coordinated work was the closing of the IFS transaction on time, which will allow the combined company to continue its development at a new level.
