Ilya Nikiforov Co-authored Russia Corporate, Financial, and Commercial Law Book Published by American Bar Association

On March, 2018 the American Bar Association (ABA) published a new book named “Russia Corporate, Financial, and Commercial Law”. Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner at EPAM, authored two chapters of the book: “Russian Legal System” and “Dispute Resolution in Russia: Arbitration, Litigation and Mediation”.

Russia Corporate, Financial, and Commercial Law contains practical cases and detailed analysis of complex legal issues. The book is written for attorneys, consultants, government and business representatives.
