EPAM Represented Procter & Gamble Before the Regulators in Clearing the USD 12.5bn Transaction With Coty Inc.
EPAM successfully represented consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble (P&G) in its USD 12.5 billion transaction to sell P&G beauty brands to the American beauty products manufacturer Coty Inc. (Coty).
The transaction was announced in 2015 to create a new global leader in the beauty industry.
EPAM represented the client through the process of clearing the transaction with the Government Commission on Monitoring Foreign Investment and Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia. The transaction was officially approved by the Russian authorities on June 24, 2016 and August 1, 2016 accordingly.
