The Russian Arbitration Association has launched an investment arbitration task force. Dmitry Dyakin, Partner and Co-Head of the Litigation Practice at EPAM as well as a prominent investment arbitration expert, came forward with the initiative to launch the task force he now leads.
The purpose of this task force is to monitor the development and improvement of efficient investment dispute resolution mechanisms. In this capacity, the task force will research the ways in which investment disputes can be resolved most efficiently while introducing world-class practices of investment dispute administration and arbitration. Furthermore, the task force will also carefully observse investment case legal developments and give expert advice on how such legislation can improved.
