Alexander Mandzhiev has joined EPAM as Counsel in M&A and Corporate Practice.
Alexander specialises in international mergers and acquisitions involving Russian oil and gas, media, telecommunications, consumer, and other companies. He also has extensive experience with international financial transactions, including syndicated loan and financial restructuring operations, as well as with international equity and debt security offerings (IPOs).
Before joining the Firm, Alexander had worked at the Moscow offices of a major international law firm since 2006.
In 2007, Alexander graduated with honours from Lomonosov Moscow State University Faculty of Law. In 2010, he earned a Masters of Law degree (LLM) from the University of Chicago, following it up in 2015 with a PhD in Civil Law. Alexander is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
