About the Seminar

Over the past year, there has been a significant increase in claims filed by the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office seeking the confiscation of businesses in favour of the state. Grounds for asset seizures include alleged violations of Russian privatisation laws, anti-corruption breaches, and abuses linked to the buyout of assets from foreign owners.
