Maxim Rasputin to attend the 4th Annual National M&A Forum in Russia
On December 11, Swissotel Krasnye Holmy in Moscow will be hosting the 4th Annual National M&A Forum in Russia. Maxim Rasputin, a lawyer at EPAM will attend the conference.
In 2009, several market players acquired assets at significantly lower prices than in previous years. The global financial crisis forced many struggling companies, experiencing financial difficulties to sell their assets or seek new sources of funding.
The Forum aims to review the M&A activity of leading companies within different sectors and potential M&A developments in 2010. Participants will also discuss ways of resolving issues encountered by Russian businesses in M&A transactions.
