Ilya Nikiforov to present at FIDIC Contracts – Regional Conference in Warsaw

Ilya Nikiforov, Managing Partner at EPAM St. Petersburg office, is scheduled to present at the first Central Eastern Europe FIDIC Contracts - Regional Conference to be held under the honorary patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland, Bronisław Komorowski in Warsaw on 26-27 April 2012.

The FIDIC Contracts - Regional Conference will be held within the framework of the international FIDIC CEE Users conferences, where leading experts convene to discuss the terms of execution of construction works and issues concerning disputes settlement.

The conference in Warsaw is organized by the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), with the support of the Polish Association of Consulting Engineers and Experts.

Among the conference participants are leading associates, judges, representatives of organizations involving in the construction process, investors and developers, managers, specialists and consultants from Central Eastern Europe.

Ilya Nikiforov's presentation will be entitled «Using FIDIC in Russia» and focusses on the practical aspects of successful FIDIC Contracts application in the Russian Federation.
