The Litigating and Arbitrating Commercial Disputes in England: Practical Issues for Russian Clients and Their Advisers conference, organized by the Bar Council of England and Wales and the UK Consulate-General will take place in Saint Petersburg on 24 January 2011 a conference on. The seminar will be held in collaboration with EPAM, Saint Petersburg Law Offices.
The event will be attended by in-house lawyers from Russian companies doing business with their UK partners as well as experts from consulting firms. Leading Russian and UK legal counsel will present practical guidelines for litigation or arbitration in England and share the particulars of commercial dispute resolution for Russian parties to such proceedings.
