Andrey Porfiriev Spoke at the Fifth Saint-Petersburg Air Law Conference
On October 16, 2015, the Fifth Scientific Air Law Conference was held in Saint-Petersburg. The event was organized by the AEROHELP Institute of Air and Space Law, the Saint-Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation and the National Association of Air Law, with the support of the Federal Air Transport Agency and the Ministry of Transport of Russian Federation. Andrey Porfiriev, Partner and Head of Legislation and Public Policy Practice at EPAM, delivered a report.
