Andrey Tuzov to Speak at Federation Council Roundtable on Legal Services Quality
On 5 June 2024, the Federation Council of Russia and the Federal Chamber of Lawyers will hold a roundtable discussion titled «Issues of Legal Services Quality: Qualified Legal Representation and the Role of the Legal Profession – Paths for Cooperation». Andrey Tuzov, Counsel and Head of the Criminal Law Practice at EPAM Law’s St. Petersburg office, will participate as a speaker.
The event will bring together representatives of the Federation Council, the Federal Chamber of Lawyers, the Ministry of Justice, the academic and expert community, as well as senators and practising lawyers to discuss the most pressing issues in the provision of legal services in Russia.
Andrey Tuzov will deliver a presentation on «The Legal Profession’s Readiness for Advocates’ Monopoly: Quality Control in the Provision of Qualified Legal Assistance». He will share his expert opinion and respond to questions from participants.
