Andrey Bastrakov to Speak at the XII Moscow Innovative Legal Forum
On 25–26 March 2025, the XII Moscow Innovative Legal Forum will take place, organised by the Association of Lawyers of Russia, the Moscow Government, Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL), and other partners.
Andrey Bastrakov, Partner and Co-Head of the Criminal Law Practice at EPAM Law, will speak during the additional session titled «Legal Traditions and Innovative Approaches to Business Protection» on 28 March, from 16:00 to 18:00.
During the session, experts will discuss the development prospects of legal mechanisms for protecting businesses, as well as explore both traditional approaches and innovative solutions aimed at ensuring the safety of entrepreneurial activity.
Andrey will deliver a presentation on the topic: «Balancing the Interests of the State and Business in Criminal Proceedings: New Grounds for Terminating Prosecution on Exonerative Bases and Challenges in Their Application».
