Ays Lidzhanova to Speak at Seminar for Russian Lawyers Hosted by the Central and Eastern European Law Initiative
On 5 – 8 November the Central and Eastern European Law Initiative (CEELI) will host a seminar in Prague for Russian lawyers on personal insolvency. Ays Lidzhanova, Associate at EPAM, will speak at the event.
At the seminar leading international experts will discuss Russian, European and American models of personal bankruptcy. Speakers from Russia will discuss both its national regulation and practical application. Particular attention will be given to developing improved proposals for existing laws with advice from experienced foreign colleagues.
The CEELI Institute is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to advancing the rule of law.
Ays Lidzhanova will give a presentation entitled ‘Asset Tracing and Recovery in Wealthy Debtors’ Bankruptcy Cases’.
