EPAM Law Attorneys to Speak at AmCham Russia Investment and Legal Seminar
On 6 March 2024, the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia (AmCham Russia) will hold a meeting of its Investment and Legal Committee. Attorneys from EPAM Law’s St. Petersburg office will participate in the event.
The discussion will focus on pressing legal issues currently affecting the business community.
Andrey Yesmansky, Attorney and Associate in EPAM Law’s Litigation and Arbitration Practice, will deliver a presentation on: «Bankruptcy of Foreign Companies in Russia».
Elena Agaeva, Partner, Head of EPAM Law’s Data Protection Practice and St. Petersburg M&A and Corporate Law Practice, will serve as the moderator of the seminar in her capacity as Co-Chair of the AmCham Russia Investment and Legal Committee.
