Annual ranking Global Competition Review 100 (GCR 100) has once again acknowledged the success of the Firm and included it in the ‘Elite’ category.

According to the Global Competition Review (GCR), leading international antitrust law publication, EPAM “has the largest antitrust practice in the country and a strong relationship with the FAS”. Among the Firm’s most significant mandates, the GCR highlighted advising Yandex and Uber on establishing a joint venture and representing Sakhalin Energy in a case related to pipeline access. Recognizing the Firm’s “prominence in government-facing investigations”, analysts mention the successful defense of Mondi Syktyvkar and Evraz Group against allegations of setting monopoly prices.
