On 9 December 2016, the Cbonds Awards 2016 ceremony was held at the fourteenth Russian Bond Congress. EPAM took third prize in the category Best Law Firm in the Bond Market.

The practice successfully provided comprehensive legal support to Absolut Bank in the securitisation of mortgage assets, advised Bank ZhilFinans as part of their project to securitise a total of RUB 3.5 billion, provided legal support in the securitisation of mortgage assets while representing Bank of Moscow and AK BARS Bank, and advised the Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending on amendments to the Federal Law ‘On Mortgage Securities’.
